Works includes not only completed pieces, but also ongoing and evolving projects. Each work is part of a longer process of documenting people, places, and culture.
How our work
We don’t start by filming a documentary — we start by experiencing it together. We stay close to the land, the people, and the culture, allowing each story to unfold naturally rather than forcing it into a script.

映画『聾者のボクの南米見聞録』
A documentary focusing on a deaf world traveler. Norihiko Matsumoto — a lifelong explorer who continues his journeys around the globe despite being deaf and having heterochromia — travels across South America, recording the “sounds” he feels rather than hears. The film is directed by YASU, founder of the artist collective CABUQUI WORKS. From Colombia to Bolivia, the overwhelming landscapes and raw power of South American nature become part of Matsumoto’s emotional soundscape.
世界を旅する聾者にフォーカスしたドキュメンタリー。聴覚障害と左右の眼の色が異なる虹彩異色症ながらも世界を回る旅を続けてきた松本紀彦さんが、南米各国を訪ねながら感じる音を記録していく。監督を務めるのは、アーティスト・クルー「CABUQUI WORKS」を立ち上げたYASU。松本さんが巡るコロンビアやボリビアといった南米の自然が圧倒的。
