OCEAN CROSSING STORIES 音のない世界と海の記録
本プロジェクトは、過去に制作したドキュメンタリー作品から着想を得ています。 生まれつき両耳が聞こえない旅人が、 南米大陸を縦断しながら世界を記録したこの作品は、 “個人の感覚を通して世界を捉える”という視点を軸に制作されました。
音が聞こえないからこそ生まれる感覚や、 旅の中で出会う人々との関係性を通じて、 従来とは異なる「世界の捉え方」を映像として表現しています。 OCEAN CROSSINGは、この作品で得た視点を基に、 音楽・旅・地域を横断しながら、 その土地にしかない時間や体験を記録・再構築していくプロジェクトです。
This project is rooted in a documentary film I previously created, following a deaf traveler crossing the South American continent. The film explored how the world can be perceived through individual senses and experiences, rather than conventional perspectives. OCEAN CROSSING builds upon this approach, documenting places, people, and culture through music, travel, and lived experience.

A new documentary project currently in the research phase. Rather than defining a theme or conclusion in advance, we are exploring stories that emerge naturally through travel and encounters. We are particularly interested in documenting subtle sensations— things that are difficult to put into words or sound
